We need a safe space to find our center in order for any of us to leave the past in the past, learn from our mistakes, move forward and make decisions from a healthy mindset. I am trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have completed several trauma-focused trainings: Daniel Siegel’s Interpersonal Neurobiology and Mindsight (IPNB) and Francine Shapiro’s Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Develop coping skills, identify feelings and triggers, and understand how anxiety and depression affect our brain. Therapy can be challenging and rewarding; let me join you on your journey.
