In 2012, Ricky earned his B.A. in Psychology and B.A. in Philosophy from The College of William and Mary. In 2014 Ricky earned his M.Ed in School Counseling from The College of William and Mary. Ricky relies heavily on Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
