Recent Updates From Robbie Deering
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

I believe the most important factor in successful therapy is the therapist-client relationship. I bring humor, honesty, and authenticity into my sessions, while creating a safe and supportive space for clients to be who they are. My role in the therapy process is to provide support and encouragement to clients as they explore the changes they desire. I enjoy working with adults, new parents, new or engaged couples, and families to address concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, conflict, relationship challenges, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
I am a Master Certified Practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and EFT Externship. I am a MN MFT board approved supervisor.
