Hello, I'm Rosemary. I specialize in helping individuals navigate through life's ups and downs, through work stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. My career spans roles working at: a shelter, psychiatric hospital, and medical hospital, before turning to therapy full-time. As a therapist and mom, I've come to appreciate that, we all share common desires – to be loved, heard, and understood. I've also learned that we often forget to be as kind to ourselves. Together, we can explore ways to make room for self-care, embrace fun, and nurture the bonds that bring intimacy and joy into our lives.
I employ evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals and cultivating a more positive mindset. I find that modalities are proven highly useful with anxiety, depression and many of life’s stressors.
