I offer therapeutic services for the following: Depression, Anxiety, Adoption-related issues, Parenting, Women's Issues, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Relationship/Intimacy Issues and Family-of-Origin Issues. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and/or gender identities. I also strive to be culturally sensitive and am open to learning more about the traditional backgrounds of my clients so as to provide more competent service.
I have a specialty in treating post partum mental health issues for both the mother or primary caregiver and their partners. I also specialize in working with adult adoptees and adoptive parents.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and that achieving well-being comes from examining multiple pieces of one's life. I have training in various forms of therapy, including Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused models. I am open to facilitating a therapy experience that works for you.
