My expertise spans adjustment disorders, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, depression, and mood disorders, as well as substance use, relationship conflict, family conflict, and parenting difficulties. I have a patient, emphatic approach that provides a supportive environment that nurtures open, honest dialogue. I seek to understand the whole you and help you use your inherent strengths to achieve your goals. I enjoy the process of building relationships and being a part of your growth.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College and a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. I have served in a variety of roles in medical and mental healthcare settings including a Health Coach, Certified Nurse Assistant, Behavioral Health Coordinator, and Engagement Specialist.
I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends and participating in outdoor activities such as golfing and hiking. As a former collegiate athlete, I enjoy coaching youth soccer. I like to cook and can always be found in the kitchen honing my culinary skills. I look forward to meeting you!
