Seeking help from a counselor to address stress and mental health concerns can be a challenging process! Finding someone who is warm, personable and skilled in addressing concerns is important for progress and healing. In my work with clients, I seek to build a strong relationship, offer stress reduction skills and directly address concerns. Providing a supportive, compassionate, safe place for you to process and heal from anxiety, depression, stress overload, transitions, trauma, and addictive patterns. Mindfulness and brain-body practices can support you in finding balance once again.

Mindful, holistic practices underscore the work. I use EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic practices, Expressive-Arts Therapy, and CBT to assist clients in developing effective strategies for living more freely and fully. Twenty-plus years assisting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive patterns. MBSR & Yoga certified teacher.
