Life can be overwhelming and full of questions. I chose to become a clinical social worker because I believe that everyone’s story is significant, and I want to walk with others through life’s challenges and joys. As a therapist, I provide an inclusive and safe place for my clients to express their feelings, concerns, their dreams and their fears. I meet my clients where they are in life to guide and empower them to live more fulfilling lives and see the value of who they are and the unique gifts that they bring to others. I'm currently providing therapy under the supervision of an LCSW-S supervisor.
I am collaborative, non-judgmental and supportive. I use a holistic and strengths-based approach where I focus on individuals in their entirety and the strengths that they possess. I use different therapeutic approaches, based on my clients’ goals and needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy and person-centered therapy.
