Hello and welcome to my practice. Asking for help is not easy, so I am so glad you are here! Therapists are not a one size fits all and finding the right fit for you, your family, and/or your child is so important for therapy to be successful. My approach with clients is always collaborative, genuine and warm, and I use both empathy and humor. I am client-centered, strengths based, and solutions focused. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to correspond with the needs of each individual client, meeting them where they are at.
One of my strengths is working with individuals who have a hard time trusting, connecting, and feeling safe. This allows me the opportunity to be impactful and help you achieve your goals. I hope that after our first session, you feel some relief in knowing that you are not alone and there are better days ahead.
I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, transitions, various conflicts, and/or social difficulties. I know how important it is to make connecting as easy as possible and therefore offer the options to phone, text, or email depending on your needs, as well as the convenience of telephone, video, or in-person sessions.
