I’m a board-certified art therapist who works with adults facing challenges with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, transitions, and parenting. My practice blends traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and the expressive arts to support and empower my clients. I use a gentle and authentic approach to therapy and believe in meeting each person where they are. I have a special interest in supporting clients through burnout, including parents and caregivers, as well as other helping professionals.
I believe we're all inherently creative by nature, but the demands of every day life don't always leave much space for us to nurture this part of ourselves. When we give ourselves permission to be creative, we're connecting with that inner wisdom and learning again how to play, explore, solve problems, and so much more.
It’s a privilege to do this work, and I so value the energy it requires for people to bring themselves into the therapeutic space. This is why it’s so important to me that I make an effort to create a space that’s welcoming, allowing you to come as you are, and hopefully leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and heard. I'm looking forward to connecting.
