I practice counseling and actively work to co-create a counseling relationship in which you will feel and experience safety and understanding. I work to offer deep listening to find an understanding of the person, faithfulness and care to enrich the relationship, and a focused and consistent honoring of the client as a person. I understand that while each person has intense personal and individual experiences, each person is also deeply connected to other people and cultures.
I work as a counselor, music therapist, and expressive arts therapist. I am a partner in Music Journey, LLC, and we provide counseling, music therapy, and expressive arts therapy services to people of all ages, needs, and identities.
I have a passion for helping adults find the qualities of strength, courage, honesty, and trust in themselves and their connections. I enjoy helping people to find greater freedom and health. I understand the complexities of trauma and the historical difficulties that bring people to counseling. I am open and willing to help you.
