My mission is to help you become the best authentic you, by providing support, hope, and healing in a safe space. In therapy, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to tailor treatment for each individual. I am extremely passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma and really enjoy watching the healing process. As someone who specializes in trauma, I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My main passion is working with trauma survivors and watching them heal. I can help you feel not stuck in life anymore by getting you excited about what is beyond the trauma and how you can get there. I can help you heal by providing you with all of the resources, support, authenticity, and hope to work through your healing journey.
I aim to utilize an individualistic approach tailored to you, because no two people are alike.
