I am committed to providing an authentic therapeutic connection with my clients' by creating a non-judgmental, compassionate space. Although I treat a variety of psychological problems, I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and women's issues. You can expect for me to incorporate compassion, humor, and flexibility in my treatment approach.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and flexible. I work with my clients to build a life that's fulfilling based on their values. If you struggle to regulate your emotions or find yourself trying to over-control your emotions and reactions, I can work with you on these issues.
Every individual has the power to change, and sometimes we feel stuck and unsure where to begin. I can provide the skills and space to empower and facilitate these changes from a place of compassion, non-judgement and evidence-based practice.
