Sessions are focused on assisting clients in managing emotions they experience in their daily lives through solution-oriented and CBT approaches. Sessions are focused on working collaboratively with clients to improve their therapeutic toolbelt by using a holistic approach to treatment. I have assisted clients from diverse backgrounds achieve an improved sense of wellbeing, identify their strengths, and navigate daily challenges.
