Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
I believe that the foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship is compassion and understanding. My aim is to work together to develop the best approach for the individual in therapy and adjust accordingly to the individual’s needs. By establishing goals with the individual, we can address the concerns and underlying issues that can change difficult. I have been in private practice for the last three years, where I earned my LMSW and have worked with a wide variety of clients. I am also a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and worked to advocate for social justice.
I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community, kink aware therapy, substance abuse counseling, trauma informed counseling, and couple’s counseling. I am experienced in working with a wide range of mental health concerns including; past/present trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance abuse, life transitions, and more.
