I help clients learn how to cope on a daily basis with; relationships, depression, anxiety, codependency, trauma, self esteem, spiritual trauma & LGBTQAI+ issues. I believe the therapeutic relationship fosters a environment to heal and learn healthy coping. Everyone in our office is LGBT or allies.
