Recent Updates From Amy Rossi
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing relationship issues, life transition issues as well as trauma and abuse. I work with individuals using a client-centered, psychodynamic approach.
My goal is to help clients increase their self-awareness, and understand their thoughts, feelings and beliefs in relation to their past experiences, especially childhood experiences.
I aim to help clients identify important pieces of the puzzle that make them who they are, and rearrange them in ways that allow them to form a more functional and positive sense of self. I provide my clients with an empathetic, supportive approach using cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness exercises to help clients reduce their anxiety.
