I provide telehealth sessions for clients in Illinois and Missouri. In my practice, I support clients who are looking for perspective and guidance to fully realize their wellness goals. My practice supports anyone who is looking to explore a new role, identity, or challenging life situation, especially caregivers, parents, and older adults. I have special expertise in dementia/cognitive impairment, caregiving, and long-term care.
I utilize a variety of therapies including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, & strengths-based therapy. I view wellness as holistic and use a biopsychosocial spiritual perspective in my practice.
It’s an act of courage and bravery to truly prioritize yourself and begin to work through challenges and constructs that may be working against you. I’m constantly inspired by the resilience of my clients and consider it an honor to walk in partnership through some of their most challenging times and situations.
