I deal with anxiety and depression in adolescents, young adults, and adults. I work with children struggling with ADHD or behavioral issues at school. I offer help with relationship and family issues, communication, personality, and career counseling. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy.
