Recent Updates From Anna Kull
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Seeking support takes strength and I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment. Guided by my belief in every person’s right to be whole and heard, I have helped clients navigate many challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult emotions, life transitions, hard to change behaviors such as substance use, career concerns, parenting concerns, and relationship challenges. I enjoy helping adults of all identities move towards healing and their life goals.
My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I take a compassionate and strengths-based approach to therapy. I integrate CBT (for how thoughts and actions influence our emotions), DBT (for skills, behavior change, and support), Motivational Interviewing (for clarity) and Interpersonal Therapy (for building healthy relationships) into therapy.
With a background in social justice advocacy, I work to incorporate an awareness of oppression into my work and strive to be LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, take a health at every size approach, and provide culturally relevant services. I would be honored to connect.
