Recent Updates From Betsy Harris
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I am licensed in California, Tennessee, Oregon, and Colorado. I treat trauma and PTSD, and I have helped clients improve anxiety levels, self esteem, depression, relational issues, phobias, lack of a sense of life direction, sleep, and more. Through teaching skills such as noticing and being with sensations, feelings, and thoughts, clients are able to notice the patterns that get us stuck.
I use EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), CBT, and ACT. I have been practicing mindfulness for 25 years, I completed many intensive mindfulness courses in Nepal, India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and USA during the seven years I spent traveling abroad before becoming a therapist.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or any other issue, I will help you recognize and learn about underlying problems, acquire coping skills to adjust certain behaviors and thoughts, and use evidence-based mindfulness techniques to improve your relationships and quality of life. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
