I work with adults who struggle with (C)PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and interpersonal conflict. I explore “the why” behind patterns and behaviors while working to improve, shift, and change them. I focus on attachment-based, mindfulness-based, and acceptance- and compassion-based strategies to focus on what is meaningful in your life.
Where appropriate, I combine traditional talk therapy with somatic therapy. Somatic therapy utilizes the body-oriented approach designed to release the areas of stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body. Combined with talk therapy, it provides the most integrative treatment experience and the best chance of healing past emotional wounds.
