I specialize in developing coping skills for anxiety, self-esteem, and self-doubt in life transitions. Whether you are making a career transition, are feeling the need for a change in life, or are feeling anxious and doubting yourself and your strengths, I can help you recognize your self-worth and strengthen your coping skills to manage these stressors. Using talk and art therapy, as well as the opportunity to integrate yoga, I would be honored to be part of your journey and to help you be authentically you.
