Trauma, adverse life experiences, and stress, impacts us at all stages of life. It is my job to partner with you while we work to improve your relationship with yourself, and in turn the relationships with those around you. I am the agent to hold stress and tension with you as we work together to move past self-preservation and into healing. With specialized training in complex trauma, attachment, and adoption I work with all individuals (adults and children), and families through a variety of psychotherapy approaches determined by your needs. My specialization also includes survivors of childhood abuse and neglect.
I completed my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work at Colorado State University. I have extensive experience with family systems. I have received expert consultation in treating complex developmental trauma, attachment, abuse/neglect and parenting support. At my practice we have a handful of like-minded individuals that can also help you!
Navigating life experiences can be challenging, allow me the opportunity to allow me to shoulder those burdens. Forming a relationship like this to create healing is a big step, which is why I am dedicated to creating safe spaces and seeking out client-centered, alternative methods to treating trauma. I hope to meet you soon!
