Recent Updates From Christie Roche
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained specifically in relationship dynamics and my bicultural background provides me with insight to help my clients manage a range of issues. My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families restore balance and achieve a higher level of satisfaction in their lives. When working with me, you will find that I aim to create an atmosphere where all walks of life are welcome to discuss any troubles without fear of judgment or shame. My approach to therapy is one that incorporates compassion and empathy, while also leaving room for solution-focused strategies, when necessary.
During my time in practice, I have counseled clients through relationship difficulties, job transitions, chronic health issues, and infertility - to name a few.
I have worked with couples during all stages of their relationships, from premarital counseling and blended families, to divorce and co-parenting. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship between my clients and I is the basis for impactful work together and I invite you to contact me if you feel that I may help guide you there.
