At Clarity Psychological Services, we believe that everyone is an individual so treatment is designed with that in mind. We also feel that therapy should be meaningful to the client and that the client leaves treatment with the tools that they need in order to have quality and balance in their lives.
My practice focus: child, adolescent & family, all relationships, anger & stress mgmt., depression & loss, parent education & support, all types of anxiety and help for children with ADHD/ADD. I also provide testing.
My clinical perspective is to look not only at what is not going well, but what strengths the client has. Also I view therapy as a team endeavor, the alliance of therapist & client has everything to do with successful outcomes.
