I like to think of therapy as a place to inspire people to do better, to want better, to create better and to live better. My ultimate goal is for my clients to walk out feeling empowered and courageous about obstacles that may come their way. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where vulnerabilities are embraced and used to shape people into the human beings they were created to be.
With 15 years in the field, I have experience working with various populations. I am a Prepare Enrich Facilitator specializing in premarital and marital counseling; and a Sex Therapist in training. I offer my expertise in family therapy, adolescents, male/female issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual and intimacy issues.
