Recent Updates From Kara E
Last updated | Monday March 24, 2025

Many of us move through life wishing for bright days and glowing nights that flow with comfort and ease. Yet, achieving even a moment of balance in mind, body, and spirit often remains elusive. Life may throw us off, placing challenging blocks in our path. I endeavor to bring a gentle curiosity to the therapy space we co-create. My approach to the work of therapy is depth oriented, emotion focused and client driven. Our time together is likely to involve facilitated contemplative exploration, experiential intervention and an ongoing summoning of creativity in the service of generating a life more reflective of your authentic self.
I'm a "well-seasoned" cis-gender woman and mother to a neurodivergent teen. I am a queer, neurodivergent, disabled therapist, deeply rooted in holistic and anti-oppressive ideologies. I am passionate about working with members of these communities as well as young adults and others who seek to experience more peace in their lives.
With extensive experience working with college students, the LGBTQIA community, and neurodivergent people, I find I resonate deeply with other therapists, healers, artists, and creatives. Contact me for a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. It's an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if we're a good fit for your therapeutic journey.
