Recent Updates From Shana Moriarty
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

Life challenges and unexpected change can cause us to feel overwhelmed, unprepared, disconnected, worried, sad, or frustrated. Stress can affect our moods, relationships, or work and shift our sense of balance. Being able to share your frustrations and identify your stuck points can be helpful in finding a path toward meaningful change that reflects who you are and what is important to you.
I specialize in assisting current and former members of the military and their family members with addressing the challenges and transitions associated with military service. I also work with civilian populations struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life cycle changes and/or just feeling stuck.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to assist my clients with finding healthier ways to cope with challenges and build skills for lasting change. I am committed to helping you discover a fulfilling, authentic life rooted in self-determination, values-based decision-making, healthy boundaries and effective communication.
