Taking that first brave step toward healing can feel intimidating at first. In order to be successful on your journey to better mental health, you need to feel safe and supported. It is my privilege to provide that to the individuals I serve as a mental health therapist. I strive to ensure my clients feel heard, understood, and learn healthy coping skills needed to navigate past trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, or daily stressors.
I have training in trauma work, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based treatment, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I value working with clients and couples to build stronger communication, empathy, assertiveness, self-awareness and perspective. My focus is client-centered self-empowerment within a culture of acceptance.
Finding someone to listen without interruption can be difficult in our fast-paced technology era. As your therapist, I can ensure that you will find a safe place to share your doubts and fears without feeling judged or criticized. I will be a great source of encouragement on your journey to finding your best possible self.
