Sometimes the transitions in life--child to adult, single to married, married to single, working to retired--created emotional/mental barriers in our lives. Therapy/coaching/ workshops/classes contain tools and information that will facilitate personal growth, healing from past trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
In my 17 years experience as a licensed clinical professional counselor, I have gained valuable experience working in the schools, with the Army, with Veterans, and in my private practice. Family Footsteps also includes parenting classes, coaching, online therapy, groups, and products. I am enjoying helping people through life's journey.
