Recent Updates From Denise Adams
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that feel? In 2017, I opened the doors of my practice to patients — offering them a wide range of counseling services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times. As a former special education teacher, a middle school counselor, and my experience as a clinical therapist, I bring a wide variety of experience to the space. Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a Professional Therapist can make things better. I care about your well-being and will provide you all the tools you need to live your best life.
Additionally , I have extensive training in trauma-focused and crisis therapy. I have worked with survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault for more than 10 years in a variety of in-hospital and recovery settings. I have experience helping families through many of life's transitions and find passion in that work.
My experience in these roles has made me agile and fully able to address any topic as it arises with successful and healthy results. I strive to offer my clients hope in situations that may feel hopeless and tools to help them heal and cope. My ultimate goal is to provide you the foundation to grow, achieve your goal, and find your focus.
