Recent Updates From Diane Greenhill
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Hello! Deciding to get help takes courage and a desire to feel better. You are very welcome here. I am a clinical psychotherapist offering both in-person and telemedicine appointments. I have extensive experience in both private practice and acute-inpatient settings. I specialize in treating mood and adjustment disorders and work with adults and adolescents. I have wide experience with most mental health disorders. My work is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based. I am devoted to supporting people who struggle with depression, anxiety or other mood issues as well as helping them navigate life transitions, birth, grief, divorce.
Our first session will give you the opportunity to tell me why you came to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I believe that for most clients there is great relief in saying the problem out loud in a supportive, objective, non-judgmental environment. Together, we will devise a way forward that makes sense and is realistic.
My biggest strengths include the ability to give you my undivided attention, to carefully listen to you and my genuine compassion for people who are going through a tough time. We've all been there. My hope is you will come prepared to actively engage in conversation, answer hard questions, and work to feel better.
