It has been my privilege to help people develop lives that are deeply meaningful and emotionally satisfying. Psychotherapy is not a set of tricks or techniques. Rather, it is a personal relationship that affects people on a number of levels. Most of my clients come away from the process with some new practical skills and new, more adaptive ways of looking at life. They also hone their capacities to look at themselves, with more insight and greater self-understanding. Particularly rewarding for me has been my work with families, assisting them in healing from the wounds and fractures of divorce.
