I am passionate about allowing each person to enter therapy with their full personality and desire to foster and engage with their natural strengths. While normalizing that even as adults, we should play. I work with children with big feelings, teenagers who are navigating their place in this world, and adults who are looking for a unique, enjoyable approach to therapy.
I am passionate about meeting people where they are and aiding them in expressing themselves through creative methods that align with them, especially when spoken words may not be enough to articulate their feelings. I strive to create an environment that is effective and enjoyable to growing ones mental and emotional wellbeing.
Therapy isn't going to look the same for everyone and that's okay. Therapy can be more than sitting and talking, it can include games, crafts, and sand play. My motivation is to provide a safe and nurturing space to grow and heal and there is no right or wrong way to accomplish that.
