Hi there. As a therapist, my style is warm and hopeful. I use both evidenced based practices or a faith approach depending on your preference. My time in social work began almost 20 years ago. Over the years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have witnessed how “hurt people, hurt people”. My work is dedicated to helping individuals work through areas of their life where they may be hurting or are being hurt by someone else. My experiences as a therapist have allowed me to work with adolescents, adults, and the aging population in various professional settings.
I have helped empower individuals to identify and magnify their natural supports and strengths in order to move through some of life’s most difficult circumstances. My approach to helping my clients on their journey is by using a secular or theological approach according to my client’s requests and preferences.
Whatever your preference, I will help you make sense of feelings and behaviors while using empathy, empowerment, and education. If you are ready to do the work, therapy can help you make changes quicker than ever before.
