It is not the load that breaks you, but the way you carry it. - C.S. Lewis: I am passionate about helping clients to overcome their past, and gain freedom from their chronic mental health problems through EMDR therapy. I provide eco-EMDR and nature-based therapy that meets the client where they are. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to live more adaptive and meaningful lives through an evidenced-based model of healing that involves movement (green exercise), nature, TF-EMDR, and addressing the body at the client's fitness level. I offer EMDR extended session in-office and outdoors in various locations in Wyoming and Utah.

I specialize in trauma and helping individuals overcome post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), anxiety, depression, chronic negative thoughts, interpersonal problems, spiritual crisis, performance issues (sports), low self-esteem, grief and loss, and phobias. I have experience working with adults, teens, veterans, and first responders.
The therapeutic relationship is highly important to me and I strive to make clients feel safe and comfortable. I also have a clinical approach through a polyvagal lens and help clients to understand their nervous system, and how it affects their mood and behavior. Understanding the mind and body connection is vital in the healing journey.
