I have worked with individuals and groups on a variety of topics, issues and concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, abandonment, attachment, sexual and physical trauma, alcohol and substance abuse to relationship struggles, parent-child relationships, and work-place performance.
In my personal life, I've known and felt the devastation, isolation and stigma of depression and anxiety and can attest to the strength and resilience needed to face mental illness head-on and fight day in and day out.
