I am experienced in providing Executive Functioning Skills Development with those with ADHD and/or Autism. I also specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) and Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) for deeper understanding and emotional support, in addition to creating a motivating space for behavioral change.
