Hi! It takes a lot of courage to pursue therapy, and I am glad you are here. My goal is to help you feel better from anxiety, depression, and/or trauma and heal from or heal a relationship. We can also work together to sort through a problem. I work from a strengths-based approach, providing a safe place for you to share what is on your mind and heart while providing feedback and strategies.
I have training in EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, grief, and loss, trauma, the latest parenting strategies, burnout, and managing stress. I offer a variety of appointment times including evenings and weekends.
