Recent Updates From Hannah Olszewski
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Available Weekday Morning/Mid-day only. I believe counseling is one of the greatest forms of self-care. There are times when we can lose our clarity in life and need assistance. I want to create a safe, non-judgemental place for clients to process their experience. Sometimes the fears, frustrations and areas of getting stuck in life can be difficult to navigate alone. I hope to give you the tools for living life in congruence with your true and best self. I seek balance and allowance for all of the parts of ourselves. I promote self-awareness to improve self-care, confidence and direction.

I lean towards cognitive behavior therapy to connect behaviors, thoughts and feelings. Tapping, or using Emotional Freedom Techniques is a productive way to dislodge disruptions due to small and large traumas. Or clients may simply need a place to speak aloud the thoughts and feelings they hold within. Lets identify what makes you, YOU, and honor that.
I have a high value of the therapeutic alliance between myself and client. I utilize a final brief dialogue regarding the clients' experience of each session, so that I can know how to better serve each person.
