Our Clinicians utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help Clients become aware of the impact of their thought-patterns. Motivational Interventions are applied to empower desired healthier changes. Our Clients are taught Mindfulness Techniques to help slow-down & be present, to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-trauma, & other issues.
Seeking a Counselor is courageous & healthy thing to do. Your life and well-being are extremely important to us. The 1st step in any healthy relationship is to feel safe. We build a supportive, trusting, non-judgmental environment for therapy; it’s the only way we can really do some good work together. We look forward to working with you!
