Recent Updates From Susan Palmgren
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I am currently accepting new clients. My approach to therapy is one of healing and transformation by creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I listen carefully to the challenges you are facing as well as for the strengths you already have. Together we can address the root cause of the issues and work towards healing and growth. As a therapist, my style is warm and engaging. Using an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness perspectives, I can help you to feel better, develop your strengths, and engage fully in life.
Since 2006, I have been working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, PTSD, sleep disturbance, psychosis, mood disorders, substance use, and stress related to medical issues.
I am also licensed in New York state, and I am able to accept TeleHealth patients who currently live in New York.
