I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, DBT, and CBT among many other therapy modalities to address issues and difficulties that prevent a person from reaching their potential.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and am board certified. My Specialties include depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, obsessions and compulsions, interpersonal problems, emotional concerns, trauma, self-esteem, LGBTQ+, individuals struggling with psychosis, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
It is important to counsel the whole person: mind, body, and spirit in a trusting and nonjudgmental environment, and the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the healing process.
