**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** **ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS** Sometimes life can be overwhelming, overbearing, and down right difficult. You’re not alone in your struggle. It’s helpful to have a professional with you to figure it all out. Everyones life has purpose, meaning, and a capacity for joy. I strive to create a compassionate environment that inspires hope. Where people feel important, valued, understood, and welcomed. Then we can work together to challenge the thought patterns and emotional limitations we may put on ourselves.
I work to tailor treatment to the individual and I'm passionate about treating each person holistically with a collaborative process. I practice using a person centered approach and employ evidence based techniques to help clients gain a healthy perspective on their struggles as well as resources for creating and maintaining lifelong success.
Everyone goes through challenging times. It takes self-awareness and courage to reach out and seek help when things aren’t going your way. Therapy can provide life long benefits giving you the tools you need to take on and overcome any challenge you may face. Showing up for yourself is admirable and takes determination. I look forward to hearing from you.
