I believe we all have inner strengths, innate self-worth, and intuition that guides us. Through the ebbs and flows of life, it's common to feel disconnected from our authentic selves. This disconnect can cause us to feel like we're running on auto-pilot, feeling detached and stuck, or experiencing the flames of burnout, where we feel overwhelmed and dysregulated. Both of these responses result in us feeling doubtful and unsatisfied in life. I take a holistic approach to therapy focusing on mind & body aspects to help you restore a sense of harmony & connection and live a more full and satisfying life.
I will assist you with gaining self-awareness, finding balance, and discovering new ways of relating to yourself and your emotional experiences. I tend to take a Humanistic approach with a Psychodynamic understanding of how our experiences manifest in our lives and bodies while utilizing Mindfulness and Somatic skills and borrowing from IFS.
