Recent Updates From Clare Jonela
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I enjoy working with adult clients to achieve a more effective balance in their life. I feel strongly that we must prioritize ourselves first before we can help others, and self care is a topic I frequently discuss and encourage. Throughout talk therapy we will be discussing a variety of coping skills and how to apply them into your everyday life. I also have a certification in perinatal mood disorders, and am passionate in working with families transitioning into parenthood.
I strive to empower my clients by teaching a variety of evidence based techniques including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I am a Masters level therapist and have over ten years of therapeutic experience working with individuals in private practice, therapeutic day programs and as a school social worker.
