Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

The relationship between a client and a counselor is important. It is necessary for there to be trust with your counselor and to communicate openly and honestly with each other. That honesty and supportive connection can make a difference. Everyone goes through challenging times, during these times most can benefit from support with problems that seem beyond our control. Together, you and I will work to explore the causes of stress in your life and make a plan to effectively manage them and prevent them from resurfacing again.

With more than 10 years of experience, I enjoy working with many clients including adults, adolescents, couples, families and groups. I specialize in mind/body connection, relationship issues, oppositional behaviors and finding effective coping skills. I focus on traditional talk therapy as well as incorporating mindfulness.
I approach each client as an individual, working with them to best determine the most successful treatment in accomplishing their goals. I firmly believe that you should be treated as whole person, seeking insight into the underlying problems. This includes medical, relational, familial and other problems that should be considered.
