Recent Updates From Dr. Rae
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I currently have openings in two groups starting early March for LGBTQ+ adults on Tuesday or Thursday evenings 5-6:30pm. Reach out to schedule an appointment to meet with me about the groups. I believe strongly in community and connectedness, and our work together will result in increasing security with one another, with yourself, and to those most important to you.I am committed to working with you to foster healing and growth. Our work together will help you identify strengths, develop insight, and make positive changes.
I approach my work with each individual from a unique, strengths based-perspective, utilizing primarily evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy. I operate most regularly from the third-wave of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including ACT and DBT, but rely on my integrative training and collaboration with you to develop goals for therapy.
I specialize in working with those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as their partners and family members. Additionally, I have expertise in treating trauma and stress-related disorders, as well as those who struggle with substance use disorders and other addictive behaviors.
