Recent Updates From Katie Boggs
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I offer clients a safe and non judgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Sessions can be used to explore experiences in relationships, feelings of stress, desired changes, or symptoms associated with mental health. Clients who are interested in additional self-exploration can benefit from my talk-therapy approaches, as well as exploring emotions through the art making process. Art therapy is a creative option for clients who may feel stuck and can’t find the words to describe how they are feeling or for clients who desire visual and hands-on modes of processing.
I support children, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and who are often moving through identity development. This often includes coping with changes in family and relationships, adjusting to school and work, as well as navigating sexuality and resolving difficult emotions. I promote insight, self-compassion, and action.
I believe that we all have the ability to change, as well as explore and find meaning and purpose in our lives. To learn more about how I can help, check out the link on my profile for contact details, or feel free to message me using the contact feature on psychology today.
